How do you recharge your batteries?
Everyone has to do it. Maybe some of you don't ever need a day off or any sleep, but I do.
And when I do, our favorite place to go is the Door. It's one of the best places near Green Bay to get in touch with great food, classy small business owners, and beautiful scenery. The thumb of Wisconsin protrudes out into Lake Michigan from the Bay of Green Bay. The buildings and parks tell the stories of the people who survived this climate over 100 years ago and give me encouragement that I can survive it today. Spring will come, the cherry blossoms will come out and what has seemed to grind away a a standstill will leap a season ahead... and I'll be there. Thanks for the charge Door County.
